One Indigo Adult’s Opinion of Las Vegas…

I’m going to pretend that this is the first day of school an
that the teacher had one of those assignments about summer vacation, but that
this assignment was about “What I learned Spiritually as an Indigo Adult in Las
Vegas”

Kind of weird title, but just go with it for now.

I, generally, have learned to focus to stay in my body. It
has taken me a while, and in very spiritual places it is even more challenging.

When I arrived in Vegas last January, I was asking from the
universe a bit of relief from my typical, intuitive ways.  I don’t need to always feel what such
and such is thinking or that such and such a person spoke of me with this
vibrational energy last week.

Sooooo….

Vegas was perfect for me.

It was actually kind of cool because while I found that I
was much less psychically sensitive there, I also became guided to a lot of
inner desires that had been long-held by me.

So my ability to manifest (the things that I wanted)
increased while my psychic “hearing” went down.

Cool.

As it is a city based in fulfillment of things of the
physical reality… Sex, money, booze…
I was able to stay pretty grounded there.

Actually, there’s a different kind of ungroundedness there,
and I haven’t been able to fully put my finger on it or the benefits and
disadvantages of being in it (at least for me).  I think it’s rooted in the collective that comes to Vegas
and drinks heavily, which I’m not sure whether it is ungrounded or just numbed
out.

After a few months I started to notice that I would approach
the Strip and my energy level would go up and I would feel really happy, so
that is the predominant collective there.

But then I would start to drive home and I would feel like
crying.   Weird. I was not sad
and had no reason to be sad.

Maybe it was just coming down from that collective that is
drunk and happy on the strip.  The
locals were mostly sober and happy, I found, so again, Vegas left some question
marks for me energetically.

One of the most interesting things was my femininity really
came out.

I am like most indigo adults… or at least the typical
profile they give indigos.  I am
female and straight, but I have a pretty balanced demeanor in terms of what
society deems masculine and feminine.

For example, leadership comes naturally to me.  People look to me for leadership and I
enjoy playing that roll because I feel that that is how I can serve the people
around me best

That is not, however, the typical, societal roll for most
women, especially in the field that I am in (entertainment).

Anyway, I found myself in more skirt, high heals, and in
general caring more about the look of my physical body more than I ever had in
my life.

Some might say it is bad, but it is an aspect of me, equal
in value to the non-physical aspect, at least while I am in physical form, and
so I think that was a very powerful and positive influence that Vegas had on
me.

I became comfortable with saying to the universe “I want to
feel beautiful.”

I used to consider that request to the universe below me
spiritually, but I understand now that it was not.

What I learned was to see myself as beauty and to see my
beauty and be grateful for the beauty that I already have, and thereby send
myself in the direction of greater beauty.

Thank you Vegas.

And thank you teacher for assigning this essay.

A New Age Online Video on You Tube (part 1)

I found this video on YouTube the other day and I really enjoyed it and found great wisdom in it.

Ha! Typial indigo adult!

Searching for material on LOA (Law of Attraction)!

Also enjoyed reading the comments regarding the video but I wanted to respond to them.  Here are a series of comments.

Comments:

macolyis (8 months ago)

The Secret teaches trusting in something besides God to provide
for you. Believing the Universe is like a Jinn or catalog and will rearrange
itself to conform to your desires is blasphemous to God and is also Idolatry.
The one who is capable of saving or destroying is God, its to Him you should go
with your supplications. Instead of praying for money you should pray for the
Holy Spirit to lead you to repentance and reconciliation with Him which you
need more than air to breath and water to drink

thechristiansecret (8 months ago)

God’s creation includes the LOA. The LOA is just another
instrument for our expression, an extension of our mind, that we can use to
bring more people closer to God “John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto
you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater
works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” Please show me
how else this is possible. I call it Faith

macolyis (8 months ago)

Notice Jesus said he that believeth in Him will be able to
do the works that He did also. He means a true believer having the Holy Spirit
will be able to do the kinds of works Jesus did. The works Jesus did were Godly
and selfless, His apostles did great works too but they were done to spread the
gospel and minister to people, not for selfish purposes. The apostles were
content with food and raiment. Paul condemned lusting for riches as Idolatry,
saying not to even eat with a covetous person.

macolyis (8 months ago)

The Secret teaches
something very different than what Jesus or His apostles taught. Instead of
trusting in God to provide for you it advocates trusting in yourself and
lusting for worldly selfish things, claiming whatever you desire can be yours
if you covet it long enough and believe you’ll receive it. Coveting is a SIN,
why would God reward you for sinning? By using The Secret your also betraying
God by praying to a false god (the universe) instead of Him, which is nature
worship and Idolatry.

macolyis (8 months ago)

I’m not saying that God wouldn’t provide you with anything
materialistic if you truly seek Him and desire first to do what’s right and
keep His commandments. If you wanted a mate, a car, shelter, food etc. He may
provide it to you if you go to Him and ask. He wants you to seek His Kingdom first
though and not love the world or the things in it. You need to renounce the
place wealth and pleasure has in your heart and seek spiritual things instead
of riches, trusting God to provide for your NEEDS.

thechristiansecret (8 months ago)

Many christians have been preached out of prosperity that is
promised in the scripture, being told that Jesus wants them to be poor and
suffer. 1Corinth 8:8 But meat commendeth us not to God: for neither, if we eat,
are we the better; neither, if we eat not, are we the worse.

Wealth or poverty is not a criteria for the kingdom of
heaven, God looks at your heart.

thechristiansecret (8 months ago)

To Covet is to desire that which belongs to somebody else.
The LOA is not the act of coveting. Simply put, what one thinks, feels and
believes is what is attracted, and it is at work at all times, whether or not
one chooses to be aware of it.

macolyis (8 months ago)

The Secret video strongly advocates imagining expensive new
cars, jewelry, millions of dollars and making vision boards with pictures of 50
million dollars houses to lust after. You don’t call this coveting after
worldly things? Why don’t you check out some of the visualization videos on youtube
to see how people are following the secret, there’s video after video of
depraved desires for piles of money, illicit sex, sports cars, riches, million
dollar houses, and lusting for selfish pleasures.

macolyis (8 months ago)

You may say that the LOA is being misused by some people
who are greedy, but this is the way its suggested to be used by those behind
the secret video and also by Ester Hicks while supposedly channeling Abraham.
Honestly do you think God would reveal a law He wants us to follow though a
medium channeling spirits when such a practice is abominable to Him? Paul
warned that you test every spirit and that if even an angel from heaven brought
another gospel to let it be accursed. LOA is a Satanic lie

macolyis (8 months ago)

“Wealth or poverty is not a criteria for the kingdom of
heaven, God looks at your heart.”

I never claimed that it was but Jesus did say that it was harder
for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven than for a camel to go though the
eye of a needle. The reason is because if your rich, it’s VERY difficult to not
make money the focus of your life and love it. Having money isn’t a sin,
coveting money and things you don’t have is a sin and idolatry, loving money
that you do have is idolatry also.

***************************************************

So I felt compelled to respond, but YouTube only gives you so much space to answer.  So I’m going to respond here.

Again, I’m not here to say that my way is the right way. I
never say that. Especially since as I learn more my own perceptions and
understanding changes.

But I will say that my way is the right way for me.

And I have pulled the above quote because there have been
moments in my life where I have wrestled with the ideas mentioned in the quote.

And by the way, the closest description to my “religion” is wiccan,
though I was raised Christian and actually pull from many religions (ala
Thoreau’s philosophy on spirituality.)
A lot of what would be called “Christian” today does not suit me, though
I definitely can see the similarities that thread it to all other religions. And I see that it brings
positivity and wisdom to others, and like all things, it is a neutral aspect
that is “good” or “bad” depending on the user. Just like guns, drugs, the Internet, money, etc…

That being said, I would like to respond to this statement.

Imagine that we, as a community of inhabitants on this
planet, were all suddenly gathered in a giant room and on stage in front of all
of us is God/Great Creator/Universe/Source Energy.

Let’s call him a him and let’s call him God, since that’s
how a majority of the modern world already sees God.

God comes on stage and says, “I’d like to take a vote. Who wants heaven on earth? Heaven is where we get what we want and
we feel good and we’re always healthy and there is a lot of love. Love is the driving force of all that
happens in heaven. Hands up everyone who wants that.

He’d pause and most of us would raise our hands.

“Ok then. So we
are going to start working towards that right now. My next question: how many of you want a million dollars?
Hands up.”

He’d pause again and some hands would go up. Not as many as the last time, but still
quite a lot.

“Ok. Well my answer to you is this. How did you feel when you thought about
the million dollars. If you didn’t feel good, that means you covet it, and that
is sinful and that is not allowed in this heaven on earth that we are
creating. But you are still
allowed in. Of course… All of my
children are allowed in… Let me just show you a better way to think about it
that is more in line with your creating heaven on earth.”

God continues, “To yearn for one million dollars in any way
that creates pain for yourself or anyone else – emotional, physical, or
whatever way – is sinful. We do
not want that pain in heaven because it reverberates out to everyone you touch,
and then we are not heaven. Not to say that there are not problems in heaven,
but problems reframed as opportunities or new possibilities in your mind
suddenly eliminates what you are looking at as a “problem” per se.”

“Geez, I do like to talk. I got off on a bit of a
tangent. Anyway, this law of
attraction that has become popular on your planet lately. They encourage you to “align” yourself
with the vibration until you “manifest” what you want. So if in your heaven on earth that we
all voted for earlier you said “I would like a million dollars” and you weren’t
utterly exuberant and joyful about it then not only are you not going to get it
but you also are putting yourself in pain and coveting which is a sin in my
Book (and we all know what Book I speak of.) :-)

“So in our heaven on earth, the way we move toward that is
to start to think about what we want in a positive way. Because imagine that you did have it
already. And how happy you would
be because of all the great ways you would spend it and feel secure with it and
be generous with it and eat well with it and live well with it and dress in
beautiful clothes that also increase the good feeling you are having. THIS IS ALL HEAVEN. And this is what you have voted for.”

“And I have a surprise for you. Some people are living heaven on earth right now. Many are living heaven on earth right
now. And I, as God, wholeheartedly
approve of it. “

“I’m not saying that all those with all the money they know
what to do with are in heaven. Many, in fact, are in hell, which is what they
put their hand up for. Not consciously, but with their thinking. And many others have very little in the
physical world, but are very happy and live in my glorious kingdom of heaven
while still walking on planet earth.”

“Well, I’ll let you take that in while I go for a swim. I can already imagine how refreshing
the water will feel on my skin and… OH! How relaxing the sand feels between
my toes! God bless and good night. (haha… get it… I said God bless and
I am God… Haha…. Now where did I put my swimming trunks?)”

For those of you who are familiar with Abraham-Hicks, I’m
sure you will recognize some of the philosophy I have written here. I have drawn much wisdom from their teachings,
and I greatly appreciate that.

But I also had learned much before I discovered
Abraham-Hicks. And maybe my spin
will be easier to frame for some people.

As usual, comments from indigo adults, crystals, psychic minds are always appreciated.  Comments from muggles are also appreciated as long as they are constructive.  Feel free to disagree as long as your tone is kind and intelligible.

Healthy Food Guide for Indigo Adults: Perfumes to Protein

I have just noticed that since I started this blog about
indigo adults, I have been manifesting lots of indigo around me.  That’s good, though, because one of the major ongoing sections I intended to have on this blog was a Healthy Food Guide and a Healthy Food List for indigo adults.

I am not a nutritionist and I am very aware that what is appropriate for one indigo is not appropriate for another.  Also, much of these recommendations are based on what works for me, living in a pretty energetically-grounded environment (except when i’m in Sedona) in the high desert of Arizona.

I wanted to add this because I know that when i was younger I got my body into a lot of trouble by eating the wrong foods.  At the time, there was a lack of awareness of the effects of food on emotion, energy, etc, and how toxins really, really can shut down the body.  This is even truer for the sensitive physical system of an indigo adult or indigo child.z

The first thing I want to mention isn’t a food. This product synchronistically has the world indigo in the name, and they make my favorite scent…  a perfume spray from a company called Indigo Wild.

I met the folks from Indigo Wild a few months ago at Expo
West, a natural foods and product convention that occurs every year in March in
Anaheim, CA.

Not only were the reps from Indigo Wild super-cool, but I discovered that they
make my favorite soap (Zum Bar in frankincense and myrrh) and they also have a
perfume mist (Zum Mist) and laundry detergent (Zum Clean) to go with it.

Yummy scents and no noxious ingredients so I can use them
without having a chemical reaction.
They actually feel really good to use.  You can find Indigo Wild’s products at health stores like
Whole Foods or go to their website for a catalog.

Additionally, I have been going through a smoothie phase (it
happens once in a while) and I while the purple hue of my smoothie is caused by the marion
blackberries I was adding, rather than the mix, I wanted to mention two smoothie mixes
that I have really been enjoying.

I have heard that indigo children, indigo adults, and
crystal children and adults do well on raw food.

I never have been able to be a raw foodie as I get very,
very tired without animal protein in my diet.  But here are two raw, vegan smoothie mixes to add to your
indigo drink:

The Ultimate Meal

I like this one because I feel like it gives me nutrients
that my multivitamin doesn’t give and the nutrients are more accessible because
they are in food form.  I have
heard that the creator of The Ultimate Meal, Sam Gerard, is a bit of a fanatic
when it comes to his health and his products, in terms of healthfulness and
benefit, but I think that’s a good thing right.

I drink this one when I am thinking more about getting
nutrients into my body than protein, though there is protein in the mix.

Sun Warrior Vegan Rice Protein

I started to drink this when I was on maintenance after
finishing phase 2 of a diet involving HCG.  I wanted to get more protein in, but I didn’t want it to be
overly processed and by body really reacts poorly to soy and a lot of the
mainstream proteins on the market.

I found a website where others talked about the benefits of
Sun Warrior protein after main phase of the HCG diet, so I decided to check it
out.

This is my favorite in terms of flavor.  And I chose this one over Ultimate Meal
when I feel I have a need for extra protein.  It also mixes better with other foods and does not call for
a strict protocol like Ultimate Meal.
Sun Warrior protein also has a variety of flavors.

If you try any of these items out, please let me know
how you like them.  I am always on
the look out for healthy eating guides that are compatible with my indigo adult
system, and if I find anything that really rocks my world, I will pass the
information on to you.

And don’t forget to add the indigo… Indigo marionberries,
that is!

Peace

THE INDIGO ADULT’S VOCABULARY LESSON:  DEFINITIONS

This is terminology that I have used to describe the experiences I have as an indigo adult.

There really isn’t a language for some of the experiences I’ve had, or a succinct way to say the things that I have perceived without creating my own personal label for it.

That’s ok, though, because that is how understanding starts.  That is how I can define things linguistically that really need to be experienced to be understood.  Many of the petunias (see below) I know understand the indigo child and indigo experience from a cerebral point of view, but have not gotten close to the experience of some of these energetically oriented experiences.

As you will see, I will continuous to add to this list as time goes along.

There are terms are very normal to my own vocabulary so I don’t think to add them until I use them in my writing or someone asks me to define a word I have used.

You will also notice that I make many, many pop culture references, especially to the Harry Potter books, which are my favorite.  Again, I do this so that the muggles (see below) and petunias have a frame of reference in their mind, even if they are not experiencing what I and other indigo adults are experiencing.

DEFINITIONS:

Muggle:

(noun) Just like in Harry Potter, the people in the non-magical/non-indigo world.  Well, they’re in the same world, but their framing of the world is all based in physical plane.  They do not acknowledge or relate to indigos or the experiences that indigos are having.  They consider the experiences of indigos to be signs of psychosis, immaturity and fantasy.

Petunia:

(noun)  A muggle (non-indigo) that is fascinated with the indigo/magical world. They might have a vast knowledge of how things work but they have not made the leap to experiential knowledge.  Many quantum physicists and philosophers fall into this category.  They know the rules of the game but they haven’t gotten on the court yet.  Ken Wilber is the classic example of a petunia.  This is another Harry Potter reference.  (HP7 spoiler) His Aunt Petunia desperately wanted to go to Hogwarts but was non-magical so didn’t get in; but Petunia’s sister Lily (Harry’s mom) did get in.

Tap/Tapping:

(verb)  ”To tap”  The ability to connect with energies other than the ones that are part of one’s being.  I do not want to say that it is other than one’s being because we are all one, but not to make this too complicated, a being has a vibration and when one connects with other vibrations, whether it be other individuals, locations, times, objects, collective consciousnesses, ghosts, thoughforms, etc, they are doing what I call “tapping outside of themselves.”  Everyone does this to a certain extent, but empaths (a lot of indigo adults and children are empathic) do this a lot and to the extend that they cannot separate out what is their “stuff” and what is other’s “stuff” unless they have been trained to do so.

Please do not confuse my definition of “tapping” with common the new age term derived from Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which involves lightly tapping certain acupuncture points to stimulate healing on the body. Works on the emotional, physical, mental, energetic planes.

X-Men Ability:

(noun) Different indigos have different abilities.  Some are empathic. Some are able to communicate with animals.  Some see ghosts and spirits.  Some are channels.  The list goes on an on.  Many indigo adults and children have a number of these abilities.  So when I meet an indigo I might ask, “What’s your X-Men ability?” presuming that s/he has seen this page of definitions.  Obviously this is a pop-culture reference to the popular comic book series X-men.

Tent:

(noun)  A tent in the indigo adult context is a place where you are shielded from taking in outside thoughts.  This term refers to the tent that Harry and Hermoine used in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.  They were undetectable by deatheaters unless they said Voldemort’s name, which was cursed to reveal the location of anyone uttering the word.  In the indigo adult’s case, this would be akin to dwelling on a negative subject and evoking negative emotion within (and thereby potentially manifesting it.)  When one is in a tent, however, it is much less likely for an indigo adult to dwell on such thoughts.  The tendency is to automatically think positively in a tent.  One could also lose the protection of the tent temporarly if the indigo adult contacts (for me it’s by phone) an individual that directs negative thoughts toward them or is in contact with a person who is negative a majority of their waking time.

The Psychic Mind of Indigo Adults: Telepathy

When it comes to indigo adults, some of us tend to “hear” stuff more clearly than our muggle counterparts.

I woke up this morning to the song “(I can’t Get No) Satisfaction” by The Rolling Stones.  I’m a fan of The Stones and really like this song, but generally not when I’m being woken up with it by the radio the painters outside my window brought with them.

It kind of flashed me back to when I was living in Los Angeles.  The first building I lived in went through about 6 months of construction before I eventually got frustrated and moved out from the noise and frustration.

I mean, I’m talking big, burly construction workers unlocking my door at 6am and walking through my studio apartment to set up for the day while I still lie in my bed (the place was so small they could have high-fived me as they walked by in the room.)  It was usually at this time that they would blast their radio and refuse to turn it off.

I got pissed. I think that’s normal.  But I stayed pissed. Granted, I know now that what they were doing was illegal and I could have taken more empowered behaviors to stop them (like call a lawyer), but instead I was just pissy, and stayed pissy.

Being pissy probably made me stay pissy.  It blocked me from seeing a peaceable solution.

My perception affected my reality and my pissyness actually made it difficult to see a positive solution to this issue.  Blasting my music even louder than theirs just got the workers to turn their music up and it pissed off everyone in the vicinity.

(Kind if like war, huh?  Blasting bigger blasts at the other person is just a call for retaliation from the other party and pisses off the neighboring countries.)

More importantly, though, by mentally throwing expletives with very strong emotion behind it, I was invoking that reaction back.  Even if I had been completely polite, but thought pissed off thoughts, they would have felt the pissed off thoughts.

At the time I did not realize that this is MY world that I am creating, but this was before I realized how “loud I spoke” or rather, how I am quite capable of having thoughts that effect others on a subconscious level.

Everyone speaks mentally and is affected by what others are speaking, but everyone hears others’ thoughts, even if they don’t realize it.

I suppose I could have written about telepathy on any new age on line website, but this relates to indigo adults specifically because we were put here with a stronger awareness of those things that cannot be seen, and a stronger awareness of the connectedness of everything.

So not only do we hear others thoughts louder than muggles (non-indigos/those who still lack awareness of the non-physical world and it’s principles), but I feel because we have this awareness, it’s our responsibility to use this awareness responsibly and to teach others (including Petunias) to use it properly.

As a side note to the muggles reading: when I started to hear others thoughts it was quite accidental.  Actually, this is a somewhat erratic ability that I have and it is often possible to shield others hearing your thoughts and to shield hearing what others are thinking (unless it’s got a lot of emotional vigor behind it).

I will write about shielding in another article.

But the most insidious effect of hearing thought is not knowing that it is another’s thought.  Because if someone else in the room loudly thinks “I want to go to Japan” and you pick up on that on a subconscious level but don’t realize that it came from someone else, you could possibly manifest a trip to Japan when you really never wanted that in the first place.  The other guy in the room that had that thought wanted it. Not you.

So this morning, I peaked out the window after a few minutes of radio.  I thought to myself, “Well, at least I like this song.  They picked a good station.  I have to write this morning. Maybe if they just turned it off for an hour.  Then I could go about my day or put my headphones in after that first hour.  Can they turn the radio off for an hour?”

That last sentence I thought somewhat deliberately because I wanted them to “hear” it.

Granted, there are those that use this ability to control others in an aggressive way, which I don’t agree with and am not encouraging.  Everyone should always have free will.  In fact, if you really want to be sure you are allowing others to be who they are while you speak mentally, you can put them in a bubble first (I will talk about bubbling more in other articles) and then say, gently, what needs to be said.

“Can you turn off the radio for a little bit?”

As I thought this, I was hopeful that they would honor my request AND appreciated the need for them to have music in the morning. It’s early and it probably keeps them energized in the morning.

Less than a minute later, one of the workers walked over and picked up the stuff that was out on the roof next to my window… including the radio.

This time I said out loud, “Do you think you could move the radio a little farther away from my window?”

And he just looked at me and said, “Yeah, I was about to move it now anyway.”  And then he walked off… with the radio.

 Ahhhh quiet…. YAY!

That was SO MUCH EASIER than when I was in LA.

I really do think that it is because I kept my own thoughts under control.  I was not happy that he woke me up this morning until I shifted my perception and thought, “Well, I’ve been wanting to get up earlier to write, anyway. Thank you for your help, painter outside my window, for helping me with that.”

And maybe it wouldn’t have changed anything in LA to appreciate what those workers were bringing to my life.  Maybe they would have kept blasting their music regardless of what loving thoughts I had toward them.

But it would have quelled my inner turmoil, which would have given me a better life experience from that time and/or moved me from that apartment and away from all of that ruckus (which eventually did happen).

Again, as indigo adults, we have these gifts that are seen as weird in the physical, modern, muggle world that we live in. We have been told to question our intuitions and ignore our perceptions.

Because psychic ability is stronger in indigo adults and indigo children than in muggles, rejecting intuition doesn’t make them go away, it just pushes us to look for ways to either shut it off (drugs, alcohol, food, etc) and/or demonize and not trust ourselves.

As a side note… I’m not hearing ANYTHING from the painter’s now.  In the time that I have been writing, it has gotten quieter and quieter, a synchronicity worth noting…

If you want more information about deliberately shifting your thoughts and perception in an authentic way (not the cheesy “I am awesome” positive thinking of the 80’s that lacked the power to change life because it lacked emotional connection to the words and sentiment), here are some of my favorites:

Abraham-Hicks: The Teachings of Abraham

Jack Canfield: What the Worlds Greatest Achievers Know about The Secret of Financial Freedom and Success

Brian Tracy: Goals! How to Get Everything You Want–Faster Than You Ever Thought Possible

I have read or listened to all of these materials and I found them to be quite helpful with mindset.  Telepathic indigo adults will find themselves putting out a much better “vibe” if they implement some of the tools in these materials.

Please leave feedback. Wisdom. Kind words…

Hi Indigo Adults!

My first entry is going to be about food, because that’s what I’m thinking about today.

Of course I’m thinking about it in relation to the spiritual and energetic aspects of it, which is why I’m posting it here, at The Indigo Adults.

In the future I will get into the whys and hows and whos of this site, but today I’m writing about food in relation to location and energy.

Every location/city has an energy.  It’s unique to itself, though it can shift depending on who is part of that collective.

For example, my cousin lives in Venice, CA and he says that the folks that have been there a while claim that Venice “changes” approximately every 7-8 years.  I haven’t checked my facts, but this is approximately the amount of time someone lasts in LA before they realize they are being energetically shit upon.  That’s how long it took me, at least.

Anyhoo, Venice’s “vibe” or energetic changes.

But here I am, jumping between Sedona and Flagstaff.   This is a very interesting phase of my life because these two places are so distinct in their energetic/collective that to switch between them, often several days in a row, has come to be quite jarring for me.

I eat raw food when I’m in Sedona.  It meshes well with the collective there as things and people seem to be much more in the ethereal dimensions.  This does not mean it is better or worse than being in more grounded dimensions, it just is what it is.

Oh, and I always find a lot of indigo adults there. Or at least a lot of people who understand indigos.  But more about that in later posts…

So this first entry is to say “eat appropriately for where you live.”  Being more of the spiritual type, indigo adults often gravitate toward cleanses and more veggie lifestyle.  And that’s what we seem to be told to do.

But the thing is that I get violently ill when I eat a predominantly raw diet while up in Flagstaff, just like I get quite ill eating foods with lots of chemicals and additives when I’m down in Sedona. But I’m fine eating those chemicals foods when I’m up in Flagstaff.

I’m not saying that they’re not taking their toll on my body, but I’m not feeling it.  And sometimes it’s better not to feel the ill effects of such things.

And at the same time, eating more lightly – like raw or vegetarian – in a place like Flagstaff, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, or New York might not be the best idea.  Especially if you already are highly empathic.

I did a cleanse diet when I was living in Vegas and the city practically spat me out.  I could barely get back into town to pick up my stuff, and I found myself gravitating toward other ways to get chemicals in my body while I was in Vegas doing the cleanse.   No cigs for 12 years until that cleanse, and the MINUTE I crossed out of Vegas I no longer had a pull toward cigs.

Now only if I’m around a collective of smokers, but that’s not unusual for me.  I’ve always picked up on others addictions, habits, etc… both good and bad…
