Retro energy and purchased things with two different results. One is that it worked out really well, and the other is that it did not. So I really can't answer that question and I would love to figure that out, too. If you can really be sure that you are grounded and energetically clear at the time of purchase, then I would go for it, but i find that there is too much static in the air to really be sure. If there are moments when I HAVE TO make a big purchase or expenditure during merc. retro (due to a deadline or whatever) I focus on clearing the planetary energy and grounding my energy and I go ahead with the purchase or signing of a document or anything else one typically avoids during Merc. Retro. But if I have a choice, I still try to wait until the retrograde period is over.
