This is a list of books that I have read that have helped me along my path as an indigo adult.
I’m still reading so keep an eye out for more books on this list.
Also, please send me a message if you have a book you’d like to recommend. I will read it and recommend it if I like it!

THE INDIGO CHILDREN
THE ARTIST’S WAY
I have read this book many times when I have felt disconnected from myself. It is a program designed to help people reconnect with their creativity. It is a 12-step program (yep, like Alcoholics Anonymous) with tons of great exercises and I feel that it not only helps one connect with one’s creativity, but with oneself, in general. Again, the first time I read this book was over 10 years ago and there was a huge awakening that came with the process.
BECOME THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THE ROOM: YOUR 30 DAY PLAN FOR EMPATH EMPOWERMENT
At the moment I am writing this, I am actually only half-way through this book, but it is so spot-on in terms of describing what being an empath is like that I feel that it would be valuable reading for many that read this blog. I am empathic and I believe that many indigo adults are also empathic. The exercises are just ok. I’ve been tempted to show the book to people I am close with and say, “This is what it’s like! This is how I live,” but I still don’t think they’d get it. Still, it’s comforting to know that others are experiencing the same things as I am.
ASK AND IT IS GIVEN PART II – THE PROCESSES (CD SET)
This was one of the first things a bought by Abraham-Hicks. Tons of great exercises. This is part 2 of this book and I like recommending CDs because it’s easy to listen to them over and over again when driving or walking. It really gets the information into my head. I don’t own the first part of this book because I was already familiar with the Abraham-Hicks philosophy, so I didn’t think it was necessary to buy the first half of the book. I’m sure it’s good, though.
MONEY AND THE LAW OF ATTRACTION (8-CD SET)
This was the FIRST thing I ever bought by Abraham-Hicks. Good overview of their philosophy.
There will be more to come! I left a lot of my books in storage after my last move and I’m doing my best to remember the best ones.
