I feel strongly that indigo adults do better in natural environments because their empathy is so strong that being in nature allows the indigo to feel into the surroundings and feel good about feedback they are receiving.

I love cities, but one can feel bombarded by the amount of information intuitively coming in.

I think the best example of this was a scene from the first season of Heroes. There was a character that could hear all the thoughts of all the people around him. He was in a convenience store and saw a guy that was about to pull out a gun. Being a cop, he grabbed the guy and disarmed the criminal, but when all the customers around him realized what happened, they started to mentally freak out and he became so bombarded by everyone “yelling” at him mentally, that he passed out.

I have had moments where I have heard so much “inside talk” coming from everyone around me that I can barely think straight.

Nature provides silence from the constant chatter, and the silence feels soooo good.

That is why I love nature and think it is strange when they say indigos have a tendency for ADD. I guess it looks that way, but what I really think is going on is that the indigo is hearing all the inside voices of the people around them and reacting to that, as if the thoughts were being said out loud.

I was a young adult before the psychological world started using the term ADD, so I’m not sure if I had it those tendencies or not. Probably not. But I would love to hear from indigo adults or parents of indigo children to see if the ADD tendencies happen when in deep nature.

I’m not talking about a playground or city park. I’m talking about forest or empty beach or desert. How do these indigos do when no one or only one person (a parent) is thinking “at” them?

This is less a post offering advice than a post about my recent academic experiences, looking at them from an energetic, indigo adult perspective.

I already posted about how I feel it is a shame that the current M.O. of education, at least here in the U.S., is to create a box and then reward students for thinking inside that box.

And to punish those who think outside that box… regardless of whether that outside-the-box thought is genius.

I’m not calling myself a genius, but I have come to realize, returning to college in my 30s, that much of the discomfort I experienced as a child had to do with an education system that not only punished me for my genius thoughts, but that also had me so jacked up on an empathic level that it was no wonder I could barely function as a child.

See, when emapaths are in a normal education system, like the one I am in right now, if the empath’s/indigo adult’s classmates are like, “Fuck this class.” the empath picks up on that and takes it on, regardless of whether or not they feel that way.

Additionally, if the professor is like, “Fuck this class” or “Fuck these students” the empath also picks up on that and feels it on a very visceral level. Almost as if the teacher is mentally saying “Fuck YOU, empath”, which to an empath definitely sounds like that, even if it is a sentiment generally directed to the class.

Finally, it became crystal clear that as an indigo adult, my job on this planet is to raise the vibration wherever I am. What this means in a school setting like college, is that I often inadvertently carry the heavy energy of those around me, which, despite all of my energetic clearing, still left me to be an emotional wreck most of the semester.

And it had nothing to do with what was going on in my life (well, maybe a little. That will be my next post).

So while I do the best to advise you in how to maintain balance in a world that doesn’t acknowledge the invisible energetic world, I am still, sometimes, knocked on my ass, too (my energetic ass).

If there is an upside to all that I experienced this semester, it is very much related to having more compassion to my childhood academic experiences.

For example, in 3rd grade I wasn’t talking to the tree outside the girls bathroom for no reason, I was talking to it and connecting with its energy because it was the best feeling thing around. And it didn’t talk down to me in the way the teachers did (and still do at college, even at my ripe age of thirty-whatever).

How wonderful could this world be in educational institutions were innovative and acknowledged that how a person feels about who they are and what they are doing has a lot to do with how they perform.

This is no longer the industrial age and we are not machines.

The really strange thing has been that I am more of a free thinking individual than most of my teen/20-something classmates. Because thinking has been socialized out of them.

I thought that one’s thinking automatically became more calcified as one got older, but it really has a lot to do with the individual and the environment the individual is exposed to.

This experience has also made me question whether there actually is an indigo revolution happening. If there were indigos around me, it was hard to tell because my classmates are so programmed to stay in line with everyone else. But then again, the traditional description of an indigo is that they can’t stay in line with everyone else, especially if they deem what is around them to be false or out of alignment with themselves or the greater good.

So what gives?

Maybe it’s the self-consciousness of youth that eventually gets shaken off by the time one reaches 30. But again… Indigos aren’t supposed to feel that stuff, or if they do, they still end up doing their own thing. So again, what gives?

BTW, today was the last day of classes and I feel infinitely better. Not because I have less to do, but because I’m not carrying anything energetically that isn’t mine. Feels good.

Are you indigo adult that has had similar scholastic experiences? Or have yours been completely different? Please leave your comments below. I would love to read your experiences…

The first product that I have been using pretty consistently with a positive experience is Greens 8000.

Greens 8000

I’m going to take my time writing about the products I liked and learned about at Expo West this year because I always leave with a bunch of samples and I want to go through them slowly so that I know what is actually having a positive effect on me. While I compile my own healthy food list, I will share my discoveries here at The Indigo Adults blog.

The first product that I have been using pretty consistently with a positive experience is Greens 8000.

I’m not going to write all of the specs on it and I presume that you know what a green drink is… usually one that has a bunch of fruits & veggies in it that helps you to achieve the nutrients you need from those foods if you’re not getting enough of them in your diet.

Normally I don’t feel much with green drinks and have not been very impressed with them.

But I met Coco March, the owner and developer of Greens 8000 and we had a long discussion about her product.

After the discussion, she gave me a lot of samples and insisted I would feel the difference in my life.

Well, she was right. And she was right almost immediately!

They were handing out samples at The Expo, which is a draining and chaotic atmosphere that usually has me running ragged by the third day. I drank several samples at the booth and felt much better in a very short time.

I can’t say that this is an indigo adult product, as much as one for the general public, but I think that empaths and other psychic minds sometimes get run down by the atmosphere they are surrounded by, and this product is a good way to add a bit of shielding to your field (that’s not official, but that’s how I’m perceiving my body’s reaction to the drink supplement).

As a side note, I actually really like the “Reds” drink better than the “Greens”. My body reacts to it in a positive and immediate way.

You can read more about it by going to their website: http://www.greens8000.com/

By the way, I don’t earn anything if you buy it. Just letting you know about one of the cool things I found at Expo West this year…

BTW, the “8000″ comes from the ORAC levels in one 8 oz. serving. ORAC was a buzz-word this year at the Expo, and it refers to the anti-oxidant levels in supplements. That’s a simplified explanation and you will find more info about it on the Greens 8000 website.

More to come!

~ Peace ~

Natural Foods Expo West 2010

I just got back from Anaheim because I was attending the Natural Products Expo West (aka “Expo West” in the industry) and I had a bit if a revelation while I was there.

The expo is a lot of fun and I have been going for the past 5 years.

I always meet great people (lots of indigo adults) and try great products that are there in the hopes of getting orders from big chain health food stores like Whole Foods.

So I always end up sampling tons of great (and not so great) foods that all claim to be extremely healthy.

But this year, for the last few months before the Expo, I was eating extremely clean and healthy and simply. No packaged stuff. No whites (flour, sugar, etc). No MSG or things labeled as healthy sounding ingredients that actually are MSG (I’ll probably be writing an article on this topic very soon.)

So when I arrived at Expo West this year, I was a blank slate, and as an indigo adult, it felt very good to eat this way.

Perhaps I will outline what I was doing in another post, as well.

After eating 2 days worth of the new “health” foods that were on the market, I felt terrible. I was bloated, sort of grouchy, tired, my gums were bleeding, I had migraines, I gained about 5 pounds and I looked like I had aged about 15 years. SERIOUSLY.

I guess I could blame the hectic schedule of the convention, but I already have a hectic schedule in my normal day-to-day life… usually 14 hour days… and I’m fine.

So it was definitely the food. The “HEALTH” food.

Which got me to thinking…

Most of what is now in the health stores is not really healthy.

I mean, it’s healthier than what is in the regular supermarkets. But if it’s got packaging, it’s probably got some sort of preservatives and processing, even if it’s done as clean and as ethical as possible by the company.

Just something to keep in mind, because as indigo adults, we tend to be more sensitive to the additives in foods, both physically and mentally, and that is why it is important to eat as cleanly as possible.

That’s not to say that I don’t enjoy splurging once in a while and am willing to take on the ramifications.

But even if I do fast food (which is maybe once or twice a year) I make sure it is the most acceptable form of fast food, like In and Out Burger, which allows me to literally watch them cut the potatoes in front of me (which I don’t order, anyway) and I make sure I order it “protein style”… without the wheat filled bun.

I might feel a bit icky the next day, but a lot better than, say, Burger King. I had a few bites of a friend’s burger last fall and within 20 minutes felt like I was going to fall over and puke for days. Never again. I’d rather be hungry.

Anyhoo, the intention of posting this is just to remind all of you indigo adults and empaths out there that though food claims to be healthy, a lot of the time that’s a way of marketing to the segment of the population that wants a healthy body, which I believe is a majority of the people.

So it’s a super-smart way to market, but it’s not necessarily fully honest all the time.

In future posts I will write about the products I found at this year’s Expo that I DID like, and did find to be healthful to me, and maybe that will feel good to you, too.

I say “maybe” because ultimately every body is unique and requires different nutrients and needs. My preferences are suggestions… A healthy food list that I have compiled for myself that you might like, since we are indigo adults and most likely share strengths and sensitivities.

~ Peace ~

I have also learned to leverage the acting/channeling experience to my advantage, and perhaps other indigo adults can benefit from what I have learned.

I have a radio show in which I play a “character” and she is comedic and outlandish…

But what’s weird is that I feel more like I am channeling than acting.

I think indigo adults and children have a tendency to get into the arts because they have an ability to have higher information pass through them.

What I mean by that is that indigo adults can stand out of they own way (or, rather, pull their own personality or thoughts out of the way) and have a message or a collective thought come through them.

And because many of us are somewhat outspoken, we end up being the mouthpiece for those that don’t speak up.

But getting back to the acting, a lot of the time in my conversations with true channels, there are a lot of disembodied spirits that want to “jump in” to the channel in order to enjoy some brief, physical expression.

This was most clearly described to me by one channel that said that she would get spirits that wanted to “jump in” to her to enjoy a cigarette or a drink.

I find that interesting because I also imagine that there are spirits that want their expression to be heard.

In that regard, actors are very useful to the disembodied spirit because acting is a socially acceptable mainstream activity, but is often channeling.

Did you ever hear an actor say that they don’t remember the 2 hours that they were on stage? To me, that means s/he was channeling, because when I and other channels are actually bringing something through, we rarely remember that time passing.

Even more evident to me was how I learned to act.

I was in a beginner class, and doing quite a terrible job. I didn’t get how to do it at all.

And then the teacher had me step out of the room for one exercise. And when I returned, my audience (fellow students) were to shout that the disagreed with my speech (which was a speech that was meant to persuade the crowd).

This time something changed. I don’t remember what happened, but something kicked in and I was not there anymore. Something else was there and was convincing these people with the monologue I had.

And then from then on I knew how to “act” and was considered by most of my professors and fellow acting students to be one of the best.

I went from being one of the worst in the class to one of the best.

But I didn’t figure out until years later that my technique was to allow another entity to enter and to run their energy as my own when on stage.

Essentially, to channel the character I set out to play.

While this has become a bit of a nuisance when I have been cast as someone with a lot of problems or a seriously social delinquent (which is often why I don’t act/channel much anymore), I have also learned to leverage the acting/channeling experience to my advantage, and perhaps other indigo adults can benefit from what I have learned.

For example, in channeling this character for my radio show, I have been able to learn from her and pick up her positive traits as my own.

This character/spirit is much more feminine than me, more outspoken than me, and presents herself in an outrageous way that is still fun and very likable. She’s somewhat superficial, but in a way that’s helpful to me too because I do have a tendency to look at everything quite deeply. Sometimes too deeply.

It is nice to run this energy when I am channeling, but even when I am not, it is nice to see where she can help me be more of what I want to be. (which is more feminine, more outspoken and more outrageously fun!)

I can’t really describe how I channel beyond what I have already written, but I’m sure if you do a search, you will find classes in your area on the subject.

It might help you to “step out” of your indigo self and into a character that you feel will be a good influence on you. If you try this, be sure to make it fun and to come back to yourself (let your own personality back in) a majority of the time, because sometimes the more tenacious spirits have a tendency to take over.

But overall, I consider the activity of channeling/acting to be safe, though maybe not if you have trouble grounding your energy or staying in your body.

Actually, here is an important side note on that issue. Heath Ledger is a prime example of and indigo adult that probably should not have taken on a character as dark as the Joker. He had trouble returning to his own body and ultimately it cost him his life.

I would love to know if any other indigo adults have had any similar experiences to mine or have been drawn to acting as I have. Please leave your comments below.

~ Peace ~

I’m still busy being a full-time student, which is why I haven’t written in a while.

Interesting… this collective I am part of now.

Student. College.

Even though I am surrounded by more indigo adults (young adults) than ususal or than were around me when I was in college the first time, I find that many that are around me are unsatisfied.

And I’m not used to being forced to study material that doesn’t interest me.

And I think that young adults are being told so much to follow the program, that they do so even if it is not right for them.

Perhaps indigo adults really hit their stride once the brainwashing of youth has worn off a bit.

Either way, my college classes kind of dim my soul fire a bit. I don’t like it.

But I DO like it!

That’s the weird thing.

I ususally LOVE most of the topics I am studying now. I love graphic design and drawing.

I don’t understand why all the joy is sucked out of it just because it is being taught in a college institution.

So, for that reason, I have been a bit out of sorts lately, which is probably why I haven’t written and connected with you, the readers of this site, who are, on the whole, quite joyful, centered and supportive. (and I am very appreciative of you for that! Thank you!)

Anyhoo, I was on an indigo chat site and I found this great discussion about the proper education of indigo adults and children.

http://www.indigoworld.com/index.php?topic=356.0

I keep asking my college if there is a way I can put together my own curriculum for a major (either as an undergrad or for my masters), but the school seems totally locked into having a particular protocol.

I actually find the classes that I can sleep-walk through INFINITELY more challenging than those that are really difficult but stimulate my mind and my spirit.

But I think this is true with everyone, not just indigo adults and children. We just happen to be more vocal about it. And we tend to learn faster, so we better be passionate about what we do or else our interest in class has a tendency to wane quickly, as soon as we master what we are doing.

So if you are not feeling back to your "normal" centered indigo adult self, you might want to check the scale to see if you are carrying around any baggage from the holidays in the form of... well, extra baggage on your body.

In my last post I mentioned that my 2nd chakra was incredibly irritated during the holidays…

What’s weird is that my 2nd and 3rd chakra were very irritated the entire time I was out of town. I felt it so bad in my 2nd chakra that I actually started to get rashes and bleed in that area… right in the center of my belly.

I was shielding but I wasn’t able to stop this from happening.

My theory, which may or may not be true, is that I have a tenancy to eat emotionally, to stay grounded, to “hide” and to match the vibrations of those around me when they are heavier than I am.

All of this was very plausible during the holiday season, as I was with my family and they don’t get the indigo adult thing.

They don’t pay attention to the energetic world… they are about as Muggle as you can get (or even as Uncle Vernon as you can get.)

I don’t express myself. I hide when my ways and beliefs are demonized by my family. And don’t even get me started on Christmas actually being an adulterated version of the Pagan holiday, Yule.

But enough of my soapbox.

All of this causes me to take shelter with food. Usually subconsciously, but lately I’ve become keenly aware of this behavior.

As I mentioned in my series on substances, I am ok with short term “feel better” solutions as long as the behaviors and effects can be released when one gets centered again.

I’m back to consuming healthy and normal amounts of food, but unfortunately (or fortunately) I have come to realize that that uncomfortable emotional energy that I blocked with food during the holidays is being carried on my body in the form of fat.

Actually, it is fortunate that I have realized this. I am deliberately dropping weight now. It’s coming off very easily. But here is something I have noticed… I will have moments of irrational emotionality. It is not from feeling something outside of myself emathically as much as a “bubble” of emotion that was held in my body with the fat is being released.

It usually takes me very much by surprise. I’m just driving, la-tee-dah, having a great day, and then I just burst into tears. Hysterically.

It’s so weird, especially when I’m around other people.

But it also feels extremely cathartic. So good afterward.

So if you are not feeling back to your “normal” centered indigo adult self, you might want to check the scale to see if you are carrying around any baggage from the holidays in the form of… well, extra baggage on your body.

You might want to consider doing a detox or gently losing some weight if your instinct tells you to.

As a side note, I use sub-lingual HCG to drop weight. I find that my body loves to lose this way and it seems to be the easiest for me to do. I get my HCG from Body Solutions RX. Their customer service and instructions leave something to be desired, but their sub-lingual HCG works. Be sure to research how to properly use HCG before doing it. Look for Dr. Simeon’s workbook which is online for free. And I’m not a doctor and am not encouraging you to do this… I’m just saying what works for me.

But because weightloss with HCG happens so fast, I can clearly feel when a stored emotional “bubble” is being released.

What has also been interesting to observe is that when I am in the midst of fast weightloss, I sometimes reach for something else to ease the pain. I tend to reach for a cigarette or two during the process, and then quit immediately after I have competed the round of HCG.

The way I see it energetically is that I am moving the energy (those stored energy bubbles) from my lower chakras (1st, 2nd and 3rd… where most of my fat is stored) to my upper chakras (4th and 5th) where my lungs and throat are, and where the cigarettes affect me the most.

Not the healthiest way to deal with these “bubbles” but the nice thing for me is that I find it easy release the 4th and 5th chakra emotional crap easier than releasing the lower chakras.

I also find that the hardest week with these emotional “bubbles” comes the week before I start. Like my body knows it will be releasing the physical baggage so it anticipates the process by releasing the emotional stuff first.

Any indigo adults, empaths or other psychic minds experience anything similar? How do you deal with it?

Any

So take it easy for the first few days back from travel. I also find that baths with a mix of sea salt, Epsom salt and lavender essential oil also help with the clearing.

Hello Indigo Adults!

I realize that I haven’t written for a couple weeks and I apologize for that.

I’m letting you know now that my semester has started and I might be a little less consistent with my posts, depending on how much school work I have.

Ok…

Now that that’s cleared up, on to today’s topic…

The holidays were kind of crazy for me and I feel like that’s true for a majority of the population.

I posted a few items on how to stay centered during this time. But what about afterward? How to recover?

The way I feel whenever I go somewhere is that I’m still “carrying” stuff from where I have previously been.

So arriving back in Flagstaff, I was carrying stuff from New Jersey, New York and Las Vegas.

The energy in Flag is much cleaner than in any of these places, so the effect all this travel had on me upon arriving back home was to feel incredibly unstable. And, quite frankly, very bitchy.

Despite cleaning and shielding and cleaning and shielding over and over again, it took a few days for me to clean off.

Even going to Sedona, which usually works very well for me was not effective. Sedona “spit” me out. (I got a speeding ticket which NEVER happens to me, and felt even more unstable than in Flagstaff.)

So take it easy for the first few days back from travel. I also find that baths with a mix of sea salt, Epsom salt and lavender essential oil also help with the clearing.

I have also been holding on tight to the black tourmaline, but those came on the trip with me and they had absorbed the energy of the places I had been, so they needed to be cleaned, too. I often find that white sage smoke and/or cold running water works best to clean crystals (but you must do it while mentally intending to clean them.)

All cleared up now that I’ve been home for 2 weeks.

Does that happen to any other indigo adults or psychic minds? Please let me know how you deal with it…

If you are an indigo adult like me, you are sensitive to chemicals, and, unfortunately, they are all around us in the current modern environment.

I will get light-headed walking down the supermarket isle with the “normal” mainstream cleansers, and the idea of bringing them into where I live seems like a terrible idea.

So one of the solutions I have found is to use essential oils to keep my space clean and bacteria free.

The following post comes from a colleague of mine from the massage industry. She sells Young Living Essential OIls.

This particular article is about Thieves Essential Oil Blend, which I love and have used to clear sickness, disinfect wounds and just to smell good!

I sort of feel like this post is a bit of a cop out, and if you think so, too, I apologize. It’s the holidays. I’m busy. But I didn’t want to NOT post something. I hope if you stay and read, that you enjoy and learn.

As always, feedback is appreciated, especially if any of you indigo adults have used Thieves. Share with us how you have enjoyed this oil blend!

Happy Holidays!

Protect Yourself With Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils
By Melodie Kantner

In the news each year we hear about the latest viruses going around and the vaccines that are supposedly going to offer protection, but every year the viruses mutate and grow more resistant and stronger. Antimicrobial products continually have to be upgraded and modified to stay ahead of the ever adaptable pathogens in our environment.

Dr. Valnet points out that pathogenic microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria do not become resistant to essential oils as they do to modern-day synthetic antibiotic drugs. He states, “Infectious microbes do not appear to become accustomed to the essential oils as they do to the many forms of treatment using antibiotics.”

One reason virus and bacteria cannot mutate with the essential oils is because of the chemical constituents that make up essential oils. One essential oil can have anywhere from 200- 800 chemical constituents. It is impossible for a virus to mutate and adapt to that many
chemical constituents. Drugs are made by isolating one or two constituents. A virus can easily mutate and adapt to the drug, making it useless.

“Diseases, viruses, bacteria and fungi are plaguing America and the world. Antibiotics and synthetic antiseptics have created super germs. In fact, traditional medicine is becoming ineffective against these new powerful pathogens. In my opinion, our only hope lies in essential oils.”

— Dr. David Stewart, an expert in Earth Sciences, Natural Medicine and Aromatic Science.

Blends like Thieves and Exodus II (and the accompanying supplement Exodus) I always have on hand, along with other single oils – such as peppermint, clove, lemon, oregano, lavender, only to name a few.
When illness strikes, you need to have them already on hand.

Bacteria are everywhere & some of it could be deadly. Common places that are thriving with bacteria: door knobs, elevator buttons, bathroom faucets, table tops, counter tops and the list goes on. This bacteria is spread in many ways. You pick it up whenever you touch anything.

During cold & flu season and we are exposed all kinds of flu viruses. Colds can be caused by over 100 different types of viral pathogens, and flu viruses continually mutate from year to year. This makes it difficult for you to develop immunity to these ailments.

Although many oils will protect, my number one favorite oil blend for protecting myself and my family . . .

THIEVES OIL BLEND (Order Code #3423)

Thieves is a “must have” for everyone, especially during the cold and flu season. It was created from research about the thieves during the 16th century plague in England who rubbed oils all over their bodies to protect
themselves while they were robbing the dead and dying.

It is a proprietary blend of pure essential oils tested at Weber State University for its potent germ killing properties. Thieves was found to have a 99.96 percent kill rate against airborne bacteria.

It’s very important, not only to rub oils on your body, because it increases the oxygen and increases the immune defense system, but to diffuse the oils in your home so the oils will kill aerosols, virus and bacteria.

That’s where I really like to encourage people to look at how they can diffuse the oils in their homes and clear up the aerosol problems that we deal with.”

Hundreds of Scientific Reports Confirm Antimicrobial Action of Essential Oils in “Thieves Blend ”

In recent years (1987-2001) a large number of essential oils and their
constituents have been investigated for their antimicrobial properties…
in more than 500 reports.

** Testing from Weber State University, found Thieves to
have a 99.96 percent kill rate against airborne bacteria.

** Highly concentrated, a drop or two works wonders.

** Eliminate airborne bacteria by diffusing Thieves in your
home and office. Diffuse only 10 minutes a.m. and p.m.

** Essential oils of spices and herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Mint, Cinnamon, Sage and Clove) were found to possess the strongest antimicrobial properties among the many tested.”
(D. Kalemba; A. Kunika. Current Medicinal
Chemistry. Vol. 10, No. 10. pg. 813-829. abstract.)

** Save money by reducing doctor bills!!!

A Few Ways to Use Thieves Products

Thieves Oil Blend #3423

Topically
- Put Thieves oil on your hands and rub together to kill
germs you picked up on doorknobs or shopping cart
handles or other surfaces.

Put Thieves on the bottom of your feet to protect yourself
from colds or flu. Put thieves on children’s feet before
school to protect them. Most people have discovered that
they can use Thieves, undiluted on their feet because the
skin is thicker and less sensitive.

- Apply directly to upper chest and throat for bronchitis.

- Apply to cold sores to help them heal.

- Mix 50:50 with vegetable oil for relief of shingles

- Put a drop on a wound to prevent infection.

- Put a drop on a pimple.

- Use Thieves on toenail fungus or athletes foot.
Inhale Put a couple drops in your hands and inhale to
relieve lung congestion or allergy symptoms.

Internal Use

** Add 2-3 drops of Thieves into an empty capsule and
take daily. Young Living offers capsules (250 CT) for
$7.50 wholesale.

** Add 1-2 drops into a spoonful of honey or Young
Living’s Blue Agave.

** Put 1-2 drops onto a piece of bread.

** Add 1-2 drops to a glass of rice or almond milk.

** Drop 1-2 drops directly onto your tongue.

Diffuse – Diffusing Thieves essential oil blend creates a safe and simple means of filling your home with therapeutic benefits. Many forms of bacteria and mold spores linked to many common ailments can travel through the air. Diffusing Thieves adds an extra layer of protection by purifying the air while adding an uplifting scent to your home.

Eliminate airborne bacteria by diffusing Thieves in your home and office. Diffuse only 10 minutes a.m. and p.m.

Diffuse for 24-48 hours straight to eliminate household
mold.

Add Thieves to Cleaning
Add drops of Thieves to your mop bucket or cleaning solutions to kill germs on surfaces in your home. Thieves Household Cleaner is a good product for this.

I received a coaching session with Morgana Rae last May that was really helpful to my perception of abundance and prosperity.

I received a coaching session with Morgana Rae last May that was really helpful to my perception of abundance and prosperity.

Her way of framing money by personifying it really helped me tap into the energy.

And as this site is very much about energy, I thought I should mention her to you.

You can get her free MP3 Audioclass: ““Six Proven Steps to be a Money Magnet” by CLICKING HERE.

I love getting her emails. I was actually on her mailing list for years before I spoke with her in May.

Here are two of her recent posts that I especially enjoyed.

Neuro Linguistic Pick Me Up which is about fast and easy ways to “reset” yourself when you need to, so that you can be in a better emotional space and enjoy your day!

And my even more favorite post “Money Likes and Dislikes” which I love, not only because it gives me clues to look for to see if I truly am connecting to my Money Honey, but also evidence that I AM connecting to him because I had found that my Honey had made many of the suggestions that she had referenced in this post.

If I were to analyze my thoughts of energetically what a money honey consists of, I would say it is something we call in magick called a Thoughtform. A thoughtform is an energy that is deliberately created by an individual to be helpful in one in a particular area of life.

In the Money Honey’s case, it is abundance.

I also like Morgana’s philosophy because it is so different from anything else I have seen relating to the subject of money. She makes the MH fun (although one as to get annihilate one’s previous relationship with a less supportive – and sometimes downright evil – personification of money before building the relationship with one’s new and wonderful MH).

If any indigo adults, pagans, psychic minds or others try out her services or buy any of her books, please let me know how you like it. I found myself very resistant at first… thinking that it was very silly, but once I dove in, I really liked it and found it tremendously helpful.

(PS: BTW, because if new FCC regulations I will from now on be letting you know whether I am an affiliate of whatever I am writing about on this blog. Yes, I am an affiliate of Morgana’s. But I dig her stuff, and purchased one of her workbooks long before I ever became an affiliate.)
